In this episode of the Green Industry Perspectives Podcast, Ty Deemer welcomes Adam and Sarah Linnemann, owners of Linnemann Lawn Care and Landscaping Inc. 

Adam started Linnemann Lawn and Landscape at the age of 14. Today he and his wife, Sarah, run the business together, as well as a consulting and peer group called The Green Executive. While Adam had the technical know-how for running a lawn and landscape business, his wife Sarah brought many of the operational business processes they use today. Today Linnemman has 25 employees, even after scaling back. What Adam and Sarah found is that using “profit-first” methodology, they were able to reduce the amount of employees they had while increasing profits.
