Rob started a landscaping company and quickly fell into a trap that many in the industry have - trying to do too much for too many people, and racing to "hit the million-dollar mark." He did that in less than four years. But that was also the first year his company lost money.
After acquiring a lot of debt (and the accompanying stress), Rob found a mentor who helped him right the ship. Now things run so efficiently that he manages his company from a different state, and he gives back to the industry through his executive coaching.
