Welcome back to Green Industry Perspectives! In this episode, host Jay Worth interviews Pam Dooley, owner of Plants Creative Landscapes in Atlanta, Georgia. Pam is also on the board of the Georiga Green Industry Association (Urban Ag Council) and is a member of the executive team board for the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP), where she is also heavily involved in NALP's Women in Landscape Network.
During our conversation, we discussed "humbition," how to put people first, and how to align individual team members' goals with the larger company's goals, so everyone is rowing in the same direction.
