Scott is the owner of Kasel Rocks Landscape Company in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He discusses his personal challenges in overcoming alcoholism while trying to build his business and maintain a family life. His personal journey led him to transform his business as well. The company culture at Kasel Rocks is so strong they've got a waiting list for employment.

It also led Scott to share his journey with others. He's started a personal development consulting firm called Inspire You. Through this business, he works with individuals on personal development so they can be fully present for their families, friends, and businesses.
