Coming from a background in agricultural communications and marketing, Danielle joined her husband Will's already-established business in 2018. Like so many businesses in our industry, Will handles much of the "Green" side while Danielle, the Vice-President and Co-Owner, deals with the "Business" side.

In five short years, she's leveled up their strategic planning and established repeatable processes, allowing Mears Lawn and Landscape to grow to over 25 employees.
