Relatively early in her career, she shares her journey from solely focusing on working in fashion, to making a decision to explore other options on graduating from the London College of Fashion in 2016. From research to running events, Ursie breaks down exactly what an assistant producer does - a lot! She also generously shares how she manages anxiety and the things she does to ensure she stays well and healthy.
