48. Change is part of your evolutionary process

Hi beautiful humans! In this episode, I talk about the challenges of change and what comes with it. I know how difficult it is to accept change and adapt to new things in your life, it's definitely not easy to move from something familiar to embark a new journey.

Know and remember that you are in absolute control of how you feel and act. Instead to reacting to what life presents to you, how can you lean into trusting your path and begin a accepting that life comes with ups and down. You are in the driver seat, you are in control. And if I can make this work, so can you.
