In this episode, I speak about my challenges with emotions and allowing for it to just be there instead of needing to "fix" and toughen up. The more you toughen up throw your pain and emotions, the more tensed your body become with showing up authentically. As we allow emotions to settle in, let it out and allow space for it to be, we are simply welcoming.


Learn to welcome the ebbs and flows of life, without them peace doesn't exist. Learning that life has duality, it has growth and pauses. You stop growing when you stop showing up and giving yourself a chance to rest. The most self-loving thing you can do is offering compassion instead of judgement or downplaying what you've been feeling.
