Episode description

The term chronotype is used to characterize your natural sleep-wake cycle and sleep patterns. It determines whether you’re a night owl or an early bird or something else. Your chronotype is based on your biology and genetic makeup, and it is said that because we’re born with it, it cannot be changed. I want to challenge the idea that you are stuck with the chronotype you have been born with if you feel it is no longer serving you. This episode goes deeper into what the four chronotypes are, and how I went from a functioning night owl to an early bird, and why I'm happier for it.
