I know so many of us can resonate with the ups and downs in life, and especially, those challenging ‘winter’ seasons that are bound to happen. In this episode, I talk more about how the seasons of our lives usually match nature’s seasons, the crisp clarity and opportunity that can come from those cold, dark winters we experience in our lives, how to actually face your winters head-on, and more.
