So if you're listening to this right now, I think we need to have a serious talk. And Meila, actually we need to check in. It's almost halfway through the year, We're almost to June. How are you feeling.

I've noticed my anxiety going up a lot lately. I don't know if it's my age, it's the amount of responsibilities a bitch has.

But it has been killing me. Yeah, for me, it's my nervous system. Just trying to regulate my nervous system my practices. I have a lot of great self care practices, but this is one thing that I really struggle with, and the one thing that really has always helped me that I really want to be able to dive deeper into is breath work. And I've been really feeling called to dedicate myself to something new for my wellbeing lately.

And when I think about what I struggle the most with in my mental health and my self care is breath breath work.
