Welcome back to Good Mom's Bad Choices.

I'm Erica and I'm Meela, and it's twenty twenty, bitch. Hey, we wanted to enter into twenty twenty very zen, very intentional, and you know, reflecting on twenty nineteen, but just also honoring and gearing up for this amazing year that's about to happen. So we figured but better way than to

do it with a Good Mom's Guided Meditation. So if you are at home or in your office, cubicle, the bank, get comfort your car, try to go somewhere where you're comfortable right now, wherever you are, and we hope you enjoy this Good Mom's Guided Meditation. Welcome to Good Moms. Let that shit go visualization meditation. Please take a moment

to get comfortable wherever you're seated. Let's begin together, taking three deep breaths as you inhale, think about the stresses of the day, traffic, children, relationships, money, Then exhale and slowly release every negative thought and distraction.

Shit.

Go now inhale again this time, take a moment to reflect on your year. What's gotten in your way? Hurt, you fucked up your bag? Maybe it's you and that's Okay, exhale, release that shit, feel those feelings and forgive. Now inhale again, and think about the accomplishments you've made this year, the obstacles you've overcome, lessons you've learned.

Give thanks and release.

Speaker 1

Now let's journey inside of our physical and spiritual selves. Take a moment to scan your body. Identify where you hold tension, starting at the top of your head. Relax your forehead, release the tension from your brows. Unclench your jaw, relax your tongue. Now continue to scan. Take your time, every joint, every muscle, until you reach your feet. Listen to the sound of our voice. Forget the person beside you, the things you didn't get done today or this week,

None of that matters. All that matters is you. What do you see for yourself in twenty twenty. Take this time not only to visualize how that looks, but also how that feels.

Speaker 2

Imagine yourself walking into an elevator, but not just any elevator. This lift was designed to take you to twenty twenty. As you look out into the empty lobby, the door's shut and you begin to rise. As the elevator stops, the doors slowly open. You see yourself at the beginning of this year. How do you feel? Who's with you? How do they make you feel? Loved, triggered, fulfilled, empty?

Are you alone?

Speaker 2

If not, who in the room brings you joy? As the doors begin to close, take a mental note of your attachments again. You begin to rise. You feel the soft pull of the space around you, elevating you to the next floor. The elevator doors open again. You see the goals you set but may not have completed, or the goals you haven't even begun. You can see the fear, distractions,

and uncertainty that prevented you from doing so. And as the elevator begins to close again, forgive yourself and release any guilt or disappointment.

Speaker 1

Take a moment. If your mind has wandered, it's okay. Gently refocus your attention back to this present moment.

Speaker 3

Take a deep breath.

Speaker 1

You're rising higher, releasing and being more gentle with yourself. As you rise, your body is feeling lighter and lighter. Each floor you elevate, you feel the light and love consume you.

Speaker 2

You notice the light shining through. As the elevator lifts, the light becomes brighter, the walls that surround you are now all glass, and the sky is clear and the sun is shining below you. You leave the bullshit, tension, and bad choices. Take this time to consciously transform your heart to a constant state of gratitude. Commit to only accepting the best for you and from you.

You're healing.

Speaker 2

When you change the way you think. Everything changes. Emotions and feelings moved to a higher level. Your personal relationships move to a higher level. There is greater power of intention, and everything you intend becomes much more powerful. There is freedom of choice, more creativity. We also find ourselves experiencing love and kindness, compassion, joy, peace of mind.

Speaker 1

As you reach the top floor, step into the you that has an abundance of love, an abundance of money, an abundance of gratitude. You are bad, motherfucker. You've done the work.

Speaker 2

You were healing.

Speaker 1

You were healthy, self aware, and fulfilled. Your cup is full. Feel the abundance now, slowly, come back, Hear the sounds of the room, Come back to your breath. Wiggle your fingers, wigle your toes, Blink your eyes, open
