About Robin Thomas: Robin Thomas has been performing healings and teaching spirituality for nearly 20 years and her sessions are often an amalgam of all she has learned on her journey in this world and others. Relying on both knowledge and instinct, sessions can be interactive and improvisational or meditative and relaxing, depending on the needs of the client and which Guides show up -- No two sessions are ever the same. 

She will help you foster joy and enthusiasm by showing you how to feel seen, heard and understood. Robin believes we are all connected, spiritually and emotionally and works to guide clients through spiritual, mental, emotional and physical blocks, allowing them achieve their highest potential. She also believes wholeheartedly in the value of play. Robin is a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Life Coach, Rhys Method Profile Practitioner, and Full Spectrum Master Healer. She also does Matrix Energetics, CranioSacral work, MyoFascial Release, Positional Release, and Emotional Freedom Techniques. 

She has studied the chakras, as well as Quantum Physics, Harry Potter, Dungeons & Dragons, her 8-year old daughter and many other varied pursuits. She has a been an Occupational Therapist for 20+ years, has Master’s degree in counseling and is a graduate of and teacher and coach at the Rhys Thomas Institute of Energy Medicine. She has been a self-help, personal transformation junkie for nearly two decades and enjoys collecting certificates and degrees. Robin is passionate, enthusiastic, playful and deeply irreverent, habitually giving her own Guides a run for their money. Robin is also the author of the book Why the Eff Am I Stuck??? a step by step guide to living with joy and enthusiasm. She is fervently enjoys calling forth playmates willing to dive deep into what it means to be fully alive.
