About Andi:
Hi I’m Andi! I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT). Health, nutrition and fitness have been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. This passion along with my CBT training is the perfect combination for helping people obtain their weight loss and wellness goals! My approach, based on the “Beck Diet Solution” focuses on HOW to eat instead of what to eat. This is very different from your average wellness program! I employ my CBT skills to help individuals lose weight and get healthy by helping them CHANGE the way they THINK about food and eating.
Several years ago I discovered I could combine my long time passion for fitness and nutrition with CBT in order to help people struggling with weight gain and poor health. I enrolled in a workshop at the Beck institute of cognitive therapy and began helping people make healthy choices and get their lives back!! I have been absolutely amazed at the results… and you will be too!
