Change, Change, Change...

One thing that I know for sure, is that change is certain. How we navigate that change, how we respond and interact with it, colors our life experience.

If you are like me, you may label change as "good" or "bad", "necessary" or "painful".

Maybe you like change.Perhaps you attempt to avoid it, ignore it and do your best to manipulate things so that it doesn't happen.

Have you ever had the experience that the thing you so desperately wanted, you didn't get. And not getting it was the BEST thing that ever happened to you?

What would happen if you embraced change or went with it? What if your lens changed so that you could more fully be present for the change that is inevitable.
