We start with the negatives but them move to the positives and overall this was a very good book for the team and started a lot of dialogue about fiber.

We have a unique study this week and our discussions on it. This study looked at how three different groups estimated their calorie consumption and which groups were most successful. Then we have our first group AMA (ask me anything) about being in a calorie deficit and losing strength.
