This has been a huge part of my own personal healing process as I completely turned off my masculine energy as I was out of balance and alignment and my masculine energy wasn't balanced with my feminine energy. In fact I had shut my feminine energy out and was living totally in my masculine only which led to burnout, exhaustion and a mental and emotional breakdown in 2019.
Now 3 years later, it's 2022 and I am finally healing my relationship to my masculine energy and discovering the harmony, ease and flow that happens when feminine meets masculine.
