While you may not think it, but there is something powerful in admitting that you need help and asking someone to step in and support you with whatever it is that
you need regardless of the capacity.
Asking for Help when you need it is not a weakness.
In fact, if anything you are empowering yourself
when you admit that you need support with something regardless of what it is.
So ask yourself:
How or where can I ask for help so that I can focus more on the things that light me up and serve my greater good?
