Hello, hello, hello . Welcome back to another episode of Fully Expressed. I hope that you are having a productive and wonderful week so far. And if you are not, if you are feeling a little bit low or a little bit flat, I just want you to hang in there and try and do something for yourself that brings you joy today. Try and get yourself out of the low vibrational state that you may be in.
And I really wanna talk about this subject because I hadn't experienced this week, which really increased my awareness and just got me thinking a little bit about the difference between being in a low vibrational state and a high vibrational state.
And now obviously we want to be in a high vibration all of the time, but it is not always possible because we have things that come up that can trigger us or bring us down, or there may be things going on in our life that we are trying to overcome or deal with. And being able to be in that high vibrational state all the time, or most of the time might seem a little bit difficult right now. So I just want to talk first a little bit about the low vibrational state .
I had a client come to me this week for a healing session, an in-person healing session , and immediately I noticed that there were some signs of not feeling safe, not feeling comfortable or able to find the clarity or, or sort of , uh, be calm. Uh, she was quite anxious and stressed and felt that her energy wasn't safe.
And normally in the past, I sort of used to shy away from, or hide from people that needed work done where they thought perhaps that they had an entity or they had some sort of attack happening to them or to their energy where they didn't feel that they were safe or that they were in control.
And I think the reason I used to shy away from it is because I never really understood how to overcome it or how to deal with it, or how to make the client feel more comfortable and help and help the client to feel safe. But this experience with this particular client, everything, it's as though I, I knew exactly how to help this client, even though I may have doubted myself initially. But it really, it really came down to a couple of things. So it came down obviously to safety.
It came down to connection, and it came down to being in a low vibrational state because when you are in a low vibrational state, it is more likely or it becomes easier for these energies to attached to you or to ride along on the low frequency that you may be , may be feeling. And you may continue to dwell in that frequency because you are in this cycle where perhaps you're not exactly sure how to get out of it, or you are not connected to your body.
So you are living in your head and you are living based in fear. So everything is in that fear frequency, which is continuing to keep you in that low density or that low frequency , uh, vibe where you feel like everything is going wrong and there's, there's no positivity or, or no light at the end of the tunnel that you can see , or you can't find a way out of this situation or series of, of situations or circumstances that you're in at the moment.
So it was really interesting being able to observe that , um, from a coach's perspective, being able to observe, observe what was happening with this client, and really looking at it from a different perspective. A lot of people would look at it from the perspective of, you have an entity, you want it to be removed. But my perspective is, well, the entity is there, but the entity lives and feeds on low vibrations, low frequency and fear.
So we need to look at ways where we can raise your vibration and get you out of your head, get you connected back into your body so that you are trusting yourself more, and so that you are not living in this fear mentality. And once we do that, then it is a lot easier to start to take tiny steps forward.
And before you know, Noah , you have gone from having this entity or negativity or, or being in this state, being in this chaotic sort of state to being in control and taking back your power and trusting and knowing yourself, and really just being able to feel good and living more in that high vibrational frequency. So this is, this is is basically what what I talked through with this client after giving her a healing session.
And I think in the process, it's really interesting as a healer, because I am continually learning, I am continually having new experiences, and my mind is always open to these experiences. And this was one of those moments where it was a really profound healing for the client, and we were able to remove a lot of that low, low density, stagnant energy from her body. But also the amazing experience and awareness and expansion that I received as a healer was next level .
So this is the reason that I do what I do, and I really just wanted to share this with you because I wanted to talk to you about the importance of your, your self-care, your spiritual practice, your self love , your , your , your value and your worth for yourself. Because if you let this go, then that's usually the first thing that goes because you let yourself care , practice go, or your spiritual practice maybe doesn't exist.
And then you start feeling , uh, you start feeling like you're not worthy of having this self care , or you are not worthy of feeling good. And before you know it, you are in this space where nothing feels good, you don't feel good, and it becomes a lot more difficult to get from this low vibrational space to a space where you are feeling good about yourself.
And this then creates the perfect opportunity for certain entities or energies to become attached to your energetic field or your aura and really be able to infiltrate or have control over your thoughts and actions and , and the way that you behave. It. More often than not, it will prey on people that turn to alcohol or substances to find an escape for or escape from reality or, or escape from feeling not good, escape from feeling whatever it is that is going on in their lives at the moment.
And it is not a healthy space to be in. It's not a space where we want to be on a consistent or constant basis. And I say this to you from a place of previous experience. I have been there before. I've been in a low vibrational state that I used to turn to alcohol. I used to have episodes and I really didn't have any self worth , or I didn't have any confidence or didn't place any value on myself. And it really affected a lot of areas in my life.
And it was really quite scary not knowing, not knowing that this was happening or not knowing how to overcome it . So I say this from the deepest place of love and support.
If this is a space that you are currently in at the moment, having this personal experience and now having this awareness and this knowledge of knowing how to support someone, going through this experience and being able to take certain steps to raise your vibration and clear your energy, clear your aura so that we can eliminate any attachments, is really something that I find very special because safety is the first step to taking the first step that you need to take or the first thing that you
need to create within yourself and your body to be able to heal. So this is a really important part of the process. And if you are seeking support and help for safety, if you currently do not feel safe in your physical body or you do not feel safe within your energy or you don't feel safe in making decisions or having the clarity to know what to do, then this is something that can really transform your healing journey and your process of evolution.
So don't be afraid if this is, this is what you're feeling right now, or you understand, or you sometimes catch yourself doing things that you know are perhaps not good for you, or making decisions that are not the decisions that you really wanted to make. Deep down, you made them based out of fear, or you b made them based out of what other people would think of you rather than benefiting yourself. So safety is a really big topic in my new discover rediscover workshop.
And it is really important. It is actually the first , uh, module that we cover because we need to feel safe in order to heal. We don't have that h that feeling of safety. Then we are going to reside in this atmosphere of fear because the opposite of safety is fear. So we , you are going to continue to live in this fear bubble and it is only gonna gonna force you to go further into low vibrational state.
And now the flip side to this is that after the session with this client, I could immediately sense and feel the difference that had made the shift of energy that she'd had, and really the feeling of being , uh, calm and safe and really just having that peace of mind in, in knowing how to perhaps , um, navigate or perhaps work with what was happening to her and not being so afraid and not sort of being in that sort of freak out mode of , um, oh my gosh, like all these bad things are happening.
And being in that sort of chaotic , uh, mind frame to yeah, really being calm and being more in tune with herself and being more connected to herself physically. And this is a really beautiful part about energy work. It allows you to connect to your energy, it allows you to connect to your body and really be able to connect to yourself in association with having self-awareness and self-knowledge.
So it is, it was really nice to see the difference after just 60 minutes in our session and really just noticing the change of vibration, the change of frequency and how, what a difference that can actually make because it, it brings you from one state and pulls you into another state, and it's a really great way to get you out of that sort of anxious, chaotic state or fearful state that you might be in into a more calm and connected and confident and trusting and just really believing more in
yourself and having, having more self-worth. So it was really fantastic to see that energetic shift and that change happen so quickly with her. And it's something that we will need to continue to work on constantly. And it doesn't mean that you have to be constantly receiving or having energy work done because you can learn to connect to your own energy and you can learn to raise your own vibration.
So there are so many things that you can do to raise your vibration, just having the awareness of when you find yourself in that low vibrational frequency.
And we kind of spoke about this in last week's episode where we spoke about self-sabotage, because when you are in that low vibrational frequency, you are more likely to hold yourself back from doing things that bring you joy or make you feel good, and you are more likely to make decisions based out of fear or make decisions that are not for your highest good or, you know, are not going to be taken from an aligned energetic level.
They're gonna be taken from a low density perhaps , uh, more 3D decision, if that makes sense. So you're, you're going to be ta you're going to be making decisions based on the state that you're in. So if you were in the low vibrational state, you might be making decisions like, you know, going out and having a big night on the town and then feeling really crap the next day.
So you are just gonna spend the day on the sofa watching TV instead of going to yoga or meditation or something that's going to elevate your vibration. And one of the things that you can do that is really easy to do is really work on your connection to yourself. Really work on building and strengthening your connection to, first of all, your body. It's really important to build a strong connection to your body so that you are in your body and, and not in your head.
And you have the courage and you have the strength, and you have the certainty and the clarity about yourself that you know when you are making a decision that will not be serving you, or you know that you are potentially sabotaging yourself from receiving the thing that you really want to receive, or you are being distracted by something else when you know you should be doing something that's more productive.
So building this connection is a way for you to make sure that you are improving and increasing your vibrational frequency. There are lots of other ways too , like we spoke about in our, in the energy session that I had with my client or through breath work , meditation, yoga , um, dancing.
There are so many different things that you can do to raise your vibration, but the underlying aspect is to continue to build on your connection to yourself and really having that connection, that energetic connection as well, so you are aware of what's going on in your body and how you are feeling and, and you know what you need to do to elevate yourself.
So really starting to think about the things that make you feel good, the things that if you find yourself in a low vibrational state or , um, circumstance or situation, and you can recognize that, think about the opposite, the opposite to that. So think about instead of being where you are right now, where would you like to be? Would you like to be on a beach, you know, laz about in the sun? Or would you like to be on the couch feeling sorry for yourself?
So try to imagine the alternate or opposite scenario of where you are in that low vibration frequency. Try and imagine what the high vibrational frequency would be for this situation or scenario or feeling that you are currently in or that you find yourself in. And try to pinpoint something that could get you to that high vibration frequency or that high energetic state.
