83: Keys To Criticism

Growth is hard. Some will describe it as a difficult and uncomfortable process of development. In fact, people commonly refer to it’s moments of struggle as “growing pains”.  One aspect of development that can be particularly difficult is criticism. Whether in your personal life or your career, the wrong approach to criticism can have a negative impact. While it’s purpose may be to improve, the result of a poor approach can discourage change and damage relationships. Today, I want to share 3 tips for offering criticism, as well as 3 tips for accepting it.
