Episode description

Black women with the consistent expectation of extroversion leads to exhaustion &  imposter syndrome.  The expectation of black women being extroverts in workplace environments in the office or remotely, could be perceived as our “appreciation” for being invited in those spaces.  What spaces?  The spaces catered to middle class, white men… Corporate America and academic institutions.  Today we are going to discuss the issues black women introverts deal with at work.
