158: Corporate Groundhog Day

You finally did it!  You dusted off that resume, and found a new job. You sent out your lil’ resignation email to all the haters and work besties (who probably already knew it was coming). Still running on ‘quitting that piece of ish job’ high you start your new role with the hopes of progression and satisfaction. But wait a minute, three days in, and you’re already regretting your decision? You even catch yourself saying, “this is the same ole’ shit just a different space”...  If so, you my friend have become a victim of the Corporate Groundhog Day effect.  Corporate Groundhog Day is based on the 90s film, “Groundhog Day”, when Phil (Bill Murray), a weatherman, is out to cover the annual emergence of the groundhog from its hole. He gets caught in a blizzard that he didn't predict and finds himself trapped in a time warp. He is doomed to relive the same day over and over again until he gets it right. 

Today we are going to help you get it right and save you from that time warp that is Corporate Groundhog Day with some tips.
