It is that time of the year when you are accosted to choose your annual health benefits at work. We use the word accosted because if you have been where we have been as in not understanding a bit about health insurance, you feel attacked when the deadline to choose your benefits edges nearer each day. Open enrollment is the time of year when everyone is able to enroll in a qualified health plan. You may be thinking HMOs, PPOs, & HSAs oh my!! Today we will give you the basics of how to understand health insurance.
