Helena Hjort... Conversations from Inside the Hive

Helena Hjort is co-founder of Do the North, and chef extraordinaire (in my eyes!). I was lucky enough to spend some time with her on a culinary, wild camp and kayak expedition in Sweden earlier this year, and was amazing by her journey and tenacity.  I'm so delighted to be talking to her about her journey and what led her to create the amazing adventures as part of Do the North.
