#61: Understanding Dualities To Grow On Social Media

Spending the last five years of sharing my life publicly and consistantly on social media has taught me a lot about myself, where I can grow, and how to most effectively create higher purpose in the world. Something I have noticed is the duality between the masculine and feminine sides of social media and the generosity and consumption sides of social media. In this episode I guide you in a shifting any resistances you may have to social media so that you can start enjoying the process of showing up everyday to share your higher purpose to the world.
