The last month I spent in India was some of the hardest work I have ever done, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Most of the growth and learning has come from the two weeks I spent living in a commune, where I was thrown into a rabbit hole of questioning everything I thought I knew about myself.
In this episode, I talk about some of these experiences and what they showed me about myself and about "the truth". I do not look or feel like the same person after my time there.
