Episode description

Use Your Whole Body When Speaking and Calm Your Nerves So Your Body Knows It's There Too!

We've all be there, up on stage scared out of our minds. Even the most practiced public speaker gets rattled from time to time.  Amanda Fuel, a public speaking coach, shares her trick on how to get calm and back in your body to rock your talk.

She shares, "So instead of putting on a show, I'm not nervous. I'm not nervous as everybody get I'm not nervous. Totally not nervous. Totally cool. Like, instead of doing that, which feels fake, and again, we're not trying to go put on a show up on stage. We're trying to be more human, more grounded, more authentic onstage than anyone's ever seen before. And blow the audience's mind by being willing to do that up in front of everybody as a someone in leadership.  So [it's]come(ing) under your nerves..."  Try out Amanda's bilateral brain wiring tips next time you have to give a speech or talk when you are nervous and you'll be brilliant.
