In this episode, I chat with LeAndra Foster, a money mindset coach, about why it's important to master what you think and feel around money. Even after all the years of learning how money works, LeAndra confesses she still struggles with her own money mindset from time to time. 

One thing she enjoys doing around money is playing games and doing different exercises. LeAndra shares an exercise she loves is writing a letter to money. Confessing that even she struggles at times and when she did the letter exercise she discovered, "when I did that exercise, what I found out was I was in a in an abusive relationship with money. And I was the abuser. Because what I realized was, I mean, you think about an abusive person they want to know Where you are every minute and want to keep track of you, they want to know, like, like I said, I've been doing money management for for 20 years. And so it was always tracking everywhere. Where's it been? Where's it going? What's it doing? And it was like, Oh, let go with some of that control girl."
