Getting it Right From the Start Matters 

Starting a business is an exciting time and one that's full of possible pitfalls.  Knowing where you could fall down before you get going helps keep the nasty what if's at bay.   Attorney Brian Hanning shares a few thoughts on where to get started when you are thinking of opening a business.   He says, "the first thing that I'll give is, it's really answering, what protections Am I putting in place and what relationships are important? Um, so those big ones are, you know, your customers, you're the owners, your marketing, your brand, your partnerships with other organizations, people, etc. Because you want to have the documents in place that make all of that run smoothly..." A few protections go a long way to make sure what you're building today will weather any storm that may come your way.
