Running a small business means making priorities and saying no when things are not right.

 Mary Gaul talks about how to make stick to business priorities.  As a business owner, it is hard to say no because it can feel like you may be missing out on a good opportunity.   Mary Gaul, our productivity expert, shares her thoughts on why saying no is important.   She shares, "[my priority] is what I know I need to be doing in my business to move it forward to whatever my goal is, it's really hard to say no to that shiny object thing, right? So all of us have it. It's human nature."  No is a powerful tool. It puts up healthy boundaries and allows you to focus your time on what matters.
