My thirty-five years of automotive experience in sales and service give me a unique perspective which allows me to coach & instruct the automotive dealership professional to be relevant in TODAY'S modern service department. My goal is to coach on how to increase repair order growth, maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction, increase profitability while implementing innovative business practices to grow a business.
