Episode description

Without proper access to your emotions you're kind of blind.

You can't discern the situations properly, you over-react or under-react.

You live your life as a roller coaster, seeking for highs and living in constant instability.

You can regulate yourself by accessing the emotions. I will show you how to process them - it's a simple technique that I couldn't live without.

Do it, and you will feel the results relatively quickly.
