Episode #83 - Random Thoughts On Coaching

The other day I was asked what is my opinion on coaching?

What should coaching involve? How much should it cost for what you offer and a few other questions?

At first, I told them what I thought based on my bias and then I realised, there's not one specific type of coaching.

It's not specifically what I think coaching should include but more about what a coach should be giving you regardless and also what a coach should be expecting from a clients side of things.

A lot of clients can get upset if they don't get the expectations of what they thought the coaching would entail but on the other same of the coin, the client also has expectations they're got to adhere to.

So in today's podcast, I am going to explain my thoughts on what I think about coaching.
