12:47 - “It saves us a lot of time for sure. And this so they went over with us they've got a nice system, I would guess six to eight different girls that work on our account. So I'm sure they've got lots of other accounts when they pick up the phone. They've got a nice long flowchart that they go through and ask the questions or their predetermined questions.”
