Brian Burke - has always been passionate about real estate investing. As a young man, he attempted to write to homeowners to close deals. However, no one took him seriously. He grew up blue-collar. Working at a grocery store before landing a job in the police department, afterward, in the fire department. Despite being discouraged, he still pursued his goal of investing. With little money in his savings account, he still found a way to start. His business partner had become his starting point. Today his largest acquisition to date was close to $50 million. Moreover, he wrote a book that guides new passive investors to make better and more informed decisions on where to invest their hard-earned money.
