We look back on our first podcast episode this week. Here is the first episode that we recorded to introduce you guys to our main purpose and why we started this podcast. 

A lot of first responders still do not realize the importance of another source of income because they feel satisfied with their current situation. An income is based on a monthly salary and a fixed amount. However, have you ever considered what would happen if an unforeseen event happened at work? The risks associated with being a first responder are undeniable. 

In that regard, please join us as we discuss these topics. Our goal is to make you realize the importance of having a side hustle along with your risky day job.

• Get to know these guys and learn why they're eager to share their knowledge about real estate investing on their podcast. 
• Discover the benefits of investing your money before you hit retirement. As a working individual, why should you have a backup plan?  and;
• Get a better understanding of the types of rentals. Take the time to familiarize yourself with what fits your budget and what suits you.

This is our first episode, we talk to first responders from all over the nation who are investing and working on businesses outside of the first responder jobs. So our goal is to motivate and educate each other and try to provide a better financial understanding, and a better financial future for each person who's part of our group and chat.
