Why is it important to have female role models in this industry, how important it is to her to be seen as a good female role model; how she achieves a good work/life balance as a working mum, and why it's so important but also so hard to address the gender imbalance in the industry and how, in her view, it needs to be addressed at all levels, not just the top.
