You can experience more and more blessings in Christ when you get rid of the baggage holding you back. God longs to bless us. He is not the problem. We are! He is waiting for us to draw closer to Him so that we may experience the deeper joys of the spiritual journey. This means we must look within, first see the dirt, and then clean the house of our heart.
This is the very purpose of life. This is why you exist on the planet. This is where you find your deepest love, joy, and peace in life. Your deepest satisfaction flows from pursuing what God created you to pursue. Excelling in Christ hinges on being on target.

Moses was a forgotten shepherd at 80 years old, and then the leader of Israel celebrated to this day. Life is tough at times. Mostly mundane and routine, but now and then that something special happens and BANG! the unexpected appears.
Extending life span is popular. I applaud the effort, but not if it is just to live a long and miserable life. Life can be awesome no matter where you are coming from. Like the old saying says, it's not about where you are coming from, but where you are going that counts. A short happy life is better than a long sad life. Life is not about years (yes, I want a lot of years, too). A great life is about something more. Let's look at a long and happy life from a Christian view. Life is a do-it-your...

You are great at loving other people. You give and give to others, but when it comes to yourself, you secretly must admit that there is a voice in your head constantly telling you why you are not good enough.
