Extending life span is popular. I applaud the effort, but not if it is just to live a long and miserable life. Life can be awesome no matter where you are coming from. Like the old saying says, it's not about where you are coming from, but where you are going that counts. A short happy life is better than a long sad life. Life is not about years (yes, I want a lot of years, too). A great life is about something more. Let's look at a long and happy life from a Christian view. Life is a do-it-yourself project and the Bible is the instruction manual. There are a million different ways to live life, but not all lead to the top.
