Everyone is busy with family traditions and preparing feasts and baking their favorite cookies.  I chat about keeping with the journey if you are in the middle and even if you are not, just take the first step to start the journey.  Keep a good mindset and lean into self-discipline.  If you are struggling with pain and sorrow try and look for the magic where you can.  Here at Everything’s Messy we want to sit with you through the pain but encourage you to come out of it on the other side.  As we build our community, just know you are not alone!
