Devon did not see himself as a parent, however, through some unfortunate circumstances he came to adopt his nieces and nephews. To grow closer to them and as a way to heal he wrote a children's book; “Icurus Finds His Power”. Through the process, his nieces and nephews helped to illustrate the book.
