What's Your Take on Kindness?

On this episode, Linda and Dana talk about ways to bring more kindness into the world.  They discuss how both of them have felt that there is a heaviness hanging with people lately, and how they wanted to brainstorm ways to bring some lightness back to their interactions with people.  They talk about practical ways to brighten someone's day, with a compliment, a smile, or even a conversation where you truly ask and care about how they are doing.  They share some examples of the instinctual ways kids navigate being kind to one another, as well as ways they have received kindness in the past.
