On this episode, Linda and Dana discuss some of Linda's key takeaways from Gary Keller Masterminds she attended this week.  The most common questions asked in the Masterminds were how do I keep my team members, whaht's the best tactic for lead generation, and how should I manage my database?  Dana and Linda dive into ideas such as doing house makeovers, having the database vote on charity donations, sending birthday card mailers to non-owner occupants, and hosting client events. They also talk about growing one's sphere of influence through community involvement and networking with other agents. Additionally, they mention the importance of talking to people in different professions for potential recruitment or client opportunities.
