On this episode, Linda and Dana discuss everything you need to know before entering into a partnership with someone, whether it’s your significant other or another agent.  They break down the importance of knowing what each of you are great at and how to optimize your business around those strengths.  They explain how crucial it is to have the expectations of each person known so that resentment and uncertainty doesn’t set in.  They discuss how useful training events can be, and how beneficial it can be if both partners go together.  Finally, they talk about the value of an outside person you can talk to when the two of you aren’t able to get on the same page.
