From $6M to $20M Agent, Steve Rupp

On this episode, Linda and Dana do a coaching session with level 4B agent Steve Rupp. After Steve graduated from Xavier with an entrepreneurial studies degree, his dad convinced him to start working with him in real estate, and he's been selling every since. Steve talks about the break down of his four person team, and they discuss the DISC profiles of everyone working with him, noting that everyone in his team seems to be in the right seat on the bus. Linda and Dana give him advice on how to grow his listing business as well as investing in real estate via rental properties.
