Episode description

On this episode, Linda and Dana discuss whether who you hang around matters.  Linda shares how during her health retreat she was reminded of the magic of being around new kinds of people, and how transformative the right people can be in your life.  Dana mentions a stat she heard from Chris Hogan in the book Everyday Millionaires: How Ordinary People Build Extraordinary Wealth and How You Can Too that every person should have 4 people in their life - a Coach, a Friend, a Mentor and a Cheerleader.  They talk about how once you’ve found those people, it’s time to go out and be one of those to someone else.  Linda mentions how if you can become a cheerleader to someone, that brings massive value to their life.  Dana asks Linda how she approaches meeting new people as a personality that is low social and Linda explains how she has put a system in place before to make sure she’s meeting people, but also that when there are opportunities to go be around people, she says yes and goes even when she’s tempted to stay behind.
