Do You Go Big or Go Small?

They discuss how even though it is okay to be a smaller agent, if you want all 10s on your teams, you don't want to have a 5 that you are trying to bring up to a 10. They talk about how you don't want to add people too quickly while you are in the messy middle, and sometimes you have to stay in that messy middle for a while before you breakthrough it.
