…Is to practice concisely communicating
A few things that I learned from John in the show bar rescue
The importance of having someone to help you know yourself, and hold you accountable
Write down what you want your players to say what it’s like playing for you. Then write down what they would actually say that it’s like to play for you. See if those two things are in alignment and then ask yourself, would I want to play for me? Would I want my kids, or my friends, kids, or my nieces and nephews to play for me?
It’s so simple. And sometimes difficult
It’s important to make small tiny adjustments and have individual meetings frequently if you want to keep your culture strong
My primary takeaway from my business trip these past few days
We can only be brave when we are scared.
Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.
No good deed goes unpunished. Be kind , because everyone you meet is going through a hard battle. Your attention is your most valuable asset
Mine are - one, no good deed goes unpunished, your generosity will be returned to you 10 times, and be kind because everyone you meet is going through something that you know nothing about
Mine is to have an impact on the world and the people in my life

…butt. Focus on 1 horse at a time
See if you can challenge yourself to speak only in terms of what you want done. Instead of don’t touch that, or don’t set the screen there, use positive language to express what you want and see if it changes how effectively you communicate.
What is the purpose of what we’re doing ?
It can take a long time, but it is worthwhile to think about what you want, and more importantly, why you want it
Observations from today’s game
I know I just talked about how important it is to get objective numbers, but the image on the front of a journal reminded me how important it is to look at quality, and addition to quantity
