This episode is all about meditation tips. Some of the tips we will cover a little more in depth on some of my following episodes. But here’s an overview. Relax, mind and body are interconnected. Focus on an item to help during meditation, your mind may wonder and thats OK. Allow thoughts to flow, your answers may come easier than you think. Meditation is not the absence of thoughts, be present in now, let go of your ego, painful memories and emotions may arise. Don’t concentrate too hard, let go of the nerves be present, and allow your mind and heart to teach. Allow self-love to flow, build up your practice slowly for mediation. Select a time to meditate. You are able to be mindful anywhere, and know your understanding of meditation will change.
