(For Littles) Why is SELF LOVE important?

With valentines day around the corner everyoneee is talking about sharing and spreading love and kindness especially in the schools. Yes I think loving others isss sooooo important but there is a step that a lot of people sometimes forget first.... That step is loving our selves!!!!  Today we are diving into why loving ourselves is important and actually makes it easier for us to show love to others! I use a fun example with the kids so make sure they grab their love bucket (hint) and come join the party!!

I think today is a going to for sure help the kids grasp the concept of self love and the importance of how sharing love with yourself allows you to actually share more with others after!
